I remember going on vacation to Toronto near the start of the playoffs and deciding to cheer for the raptors to win it as I didn’t have a favorite team when kawai hit that shot on tv it was insane. A truly magical moment in basketball
I love how at that point of his career, Kerr (and nobody really) knew just how high his skill ceiling was, so he was miffed that he had made a bad play (even if it did go in). He's since looked back on it and said something along the lines of "it was a bad play for anyone else, but a good play for Steph".
I thought this was going to be yet another hyperbolic list of plays I've already seen. Still get hyped for great plays though. Your commentary really made the video stand out in a pleasant way. It added a lot instead of just a linear sequence of plays. Nice job my guy!
I know this videos' title says "plays" but I think they shoulda added Klay Thompson's 37pt QTR. You needed to see it to believe it. It was a great time. lol
I freaking love the Kawhi shot. Watch it about once a week. It's not only a great, magical play, but the commentary is pretty iconic: "Off to Leonard - defended by Simmons - is this the dagger?" *plink* *plink* *plink* *plink* "OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH! Game - series - Toronto has won!"
What is the rule when the ball stops on the rim and doesn't go in (during play or free throw)? What is the rule when the ball goes directly into the basket on the inbounds pass?
13:25 Not exactly the next game. The buzzer beater was in semi conference finals. They had to stop Giannis and "build a wall" defense before advancing to the NBA finals.
Great Trick shot Lebron. 2:50, too bad he travels. But this is the modern day NBA. (no one hits that ball out of his hands he just loses it and carries it on his hip with his hand.)
Some great stuff, but the funniest one was Swaggy P. He always thought he was better than he really was, and that shot encapsulated his whole career. Still, if you make it to the NBA, and your career is short, you made serious money. But that guy always made me laugh cuz he thought he was *it*, and he wasn't. He was entertaining, though. Curry was/is special.
