To be fair tho it’s also very very risky as it would mean there would be much less players in the paint leading to more turnovers if you try to go for that shot, I think it would balance itself
8:45 - it is the best way to shoot it (if you master it). If you shoot like that during play then your gonna get blocked but when shooting free throws no one is in your way or defending you therefore you have no one to block your granny shot.

Advice, line up your right hand when you shoot if you righty and left if you lefty, but a free throw is a free throw so shoot it how you want even underhanded

the underhand free throw isn't used often because it is quite inefficient to practice a completely different shot solemnly for free throws, instead it's much easier to practice for one shot. You will never be able to do underhands without getting rejected if you are not shooting ungaurded
The lucea story was done in protest of the draft's legnth. A chair, school bus and multiple catrtoon characters were also drafted. Its really cool she was drafted but ut was partially done because she was pregnant, great player though.
when i was 7 i used to shoot all of my shots underhand and i did it until i was 10 but then i learned how to shoot properly but i still use it for far shots (it was very effective when i used and it lol)
Regarding the 4-point line. I believe that instead of having it a few feet back from the 3, instead make it the half court line. So any half court heaves are now worth 4 points. It wouldn't change the game too much from how it is today, but it would make those desperate plays at the end of quarters and games worth that much more.

I love basketball and that would be so so cool. That really would Rouse up some of those players and get them working really really really harder t h a n they already work. That would make them oh my goodness, that would really be something that would be really exciting! I'm just excited writing about it:-) you think there are a lot of basketball fans now. i've been doing free throws under handed for a while now and i have not made it in the hoop but when i do free throws over handed i can get at least 1 shot in the hoop. also i am not on a team i just do it at school and at my house.
The Washington bullets one is very meaningful, I can understand that and he let the fans pick out of all the teams he had in mine but u know some people assholes and Gon say wtf that's not a good reason. 😒
